To celebrate Women’s Health Week 2019, Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre are encouraging local women to prioritise their health and start making positive change in their lives with the help of a free 7 Day Gold Membership.
The 7 Day Gold Membership will allow women over the age of 16 to access over 90 classes on the new Spring Group Fitness timetable, state-of-the-art Health Club, and all aquatic facilities from Monday 2 September – Sunday 8 September 2019.
In addition to greater energy and improved fitness, research shows that regular physical activity can help reduce the risk of chronic illness, manage stress, alleviate depression and anxiety, enhance mood and boost mental alertness.

Your 7 Day Gold Membership strictly commences on Monday 2 September and ends on Sunday 8 September 2019, not on the date you initially signed up for it.
Terms & Conditions
* 7 Day Gold Membership valid from Monday 2 September – Sunday 8 September 2019 only.
* 7 Day Gold Membership open to women only aged 16 years or older.
* 7 Day Gold Membership includes full access to all facilities including group fitness, Health Club, swim and spa.
* Health Assessment and programs not included.
* Patrons using spa must obtain wrist band from Customer Service on entry.
* No current membership cancellations or suspensions permitted.
