The Learn to Swim pool is reopening on Saturday (11 July) in a limited capacity!
The sessions are:
- Monday to Friday: 8.45am, 9.45am, 10.45am.
- Saturday: 10.45am, 11.45am, 12.45pm.
- Sunday: 8.45am, 9.45am, 10.45am.
The cost is $5 per child, per session, with one supervising adult swimming free. We recommend that only one parent/guardian attends a session with their child unless the Watch Around Water ratio requires two supervisors.
All sessions must be pre-booked and paid online to ensure we operate within Victorian Government guidelines of maximum 20 people in the pool at one time.
We will have 10 spots allocated to children. The remaining 10 spots will be left to allow for active supervision by a parent or guardian.
Bookings should be made via the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre website at www.ballarataquaticcentre.com/aquatics/aquaticfacilities/learntoswimpool
All parents and guardians bringing children to the Centre for swimming will need to be familiar with out Watch Around Water aquatic supervision policy. You can read this on our website: www.ballarataquaticcentre.com/aquatics/aquaticsafety.
All memberships remain suspended.
