We are excited to announce the launch of our new BALC x Technogym app!
The improved Technogym app has been designed to enhance your experience at BALC and help take you through every step of your journey with us. Some of the great benefits include:
– access to your personalised Health Club training program
– track your progress
– book group fitness classes
– check lap lane availability
– suspend or cancel your membership
– view upcoming pool closures and centre events
Please note, the old Mywellness app will be deactivated on Saturday 15 March 2025. To continue booking classes and access your program via this platform, you will need to move over to the new Technogym app ASAP.

I’m currently using the Mywellness app. What do I do?
To continue accessing your programs and group fitness bookings, you will need to switch over to the Technogym app. It’s easy to do – simply open the old Mywellness app on your phone and click the top tile that says ‘DOWNLOAD THE NEW TECHNOGYM APP’. You’ll automatically be taken to the App Store or Google Play to download the new app.
Once you hit ‘Let’s Start’, wait a moment for the newly installed Technogym app to recognise your details and automatically sign you in to your account. You can access all our great content by clicking the ‘BALC’ button at the bottom.
I’m a new user. How do I download the app?
We think you’ll love the features of the new BALC x Technogym app! Here’s how to download:
Step 1
Download the Technogym – Training Coach app on the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2
Open the app and click ‘create account’, add in your details and accept the terms and conditions.
Step 3
To join the BALC community, go to your account (yellow circle in top right corner) and under Account click ‘Your Facilities’. To add BALC as your facility, press the ‘+’ button in the top right corner, then either:
Scan the QR code below or,
Enter our facility code by clicking the keyboard icon: ac984701
If you’re having trouble adding our facility, you can scan the QR code in centre and chat to our friendly staff at reception or in the health club for assistance.
What happens if I don’t update my app before Saturday 15 March?
As the old Mywellness app will be deactivated, you will need to download the new Technogym app following the steps above, or scan the QR code in centre. You will be required to enter your existing Mywellness log-in details to continue to access your old data.
