Commencing Monday 25 June 2018, access to the Health Club at BALC will be changing.

MEMBERS

Members must now swipe their membership card at the Health Club doors to gain access to the gym area.

During your visit, you will also be required to keep your membership card on you if you need to leave the Health Club area and re-enter.

MULTI VISIT PASS HOLDERS

Multi Visit Pass holders must now scan their card at the Health Club doors to gain access to the gym area.

Multi Visit Pass holders will have a three-hour time limit to access the Health Club once a pass is scanned at reception or at the turnstile. Only one visit will be deducted from your pass within the three-hour period even if you scan in and out of the Health Club multiple times. Additional visits will be deducted if you scan your card outside this three-hour period.

CASUAL USER

Casual users of the Health Club will receive a double barcoded receipt when purchasing a casual pass.

Users will need to scan the FIRST barcode at the Health Club doors to gain entry. Users will be required to retain the SECOND barcode so that they can access the toilets or water fountain during their visit.

These barcodes will be time limited and will expire 3 hours after purchase.

We understand for regular users this will take some getting used to, and we appreciate your patience while we roll out these changes. We encourage you to provide feedback to our Health Club staff members during this time or via the feedback iPad in the Centre foyer.

If you have any questions about these changes, please speak to a member of the Health Club Team.
