The City of Ballarat invites Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists to submit an Expression of Interest to provide an original digital design that will be permanently displayed at the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre.
The final design will be produced as decals for placement on the centres windows and as part of a future BALC rebrand.
