BALC Fitcamp is a fun yet
challenging small group training program for all ages and fitness
abilities. Set in an encouraging and motivational environment,
sessions vary to include cardio, boxing and functional fitness
training methods using both body weight and a range of equipment.
Fitness testing is incorporated into each block to monitor
progression in achieving individual goals.
Beginning at 6am, sessions run for
one hour each Monday, Wednesday and Friday in a ten week block.
Sessions are held outdoors and do not run on public holidays.
$85 BALC gold members / $360
Payment is required before
commencement of the program and can be made with our Customer
Service team. Proof of payment is to be presented when
beginning the program.
