MIND AND BODY
For the month of May we encourage
our patrons to put their health and wellbeing first with Mind &
Body May. This month we've put extra classes on the timetable,
running a yoga workshop and inviting all patrons to bring a friend
for free to any BodyBalance class!
9.30am - 12.30pm Sunday 21 May. Would you like to develop your
yoga practice? Improve your strength and flexibility to balance
body and mind for optimal wellbeing.
Join us for three hours of guided
yoga practice in a friendly and supportive environment. Experience
a series of classical Hatha Yoga postures and sequences to extend
your practice. Attention will be given to alignment and breath
integration, with modifications allowing participation for all
levels of ability.
$28 for BALC members / $35 for
non-members. Limited places are available, bookings with our
Customer Service team essential.
5.30pm each Tuesday in Studio 3.
Gain more from your Pilates practice with a hands-on approach to
help with execution of specific core exercises.
TASTE OF TAI CHI
12pm each Tuesday in Studio 3. An
introduction to Tai Chi. Attend this class with a view to of
progression into the advanced class.
Bring a friend for FREE to any
BodyBalance class this month! BodyBalance is a yoga, tai chi,
Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength leaving you
feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concerntration and
a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to
music to create a holistic workout.

The inflatable will be up in the
learn to Swim Pool from 1pm to 3pm EVERY SUNDAY! Bring the family
down, make good use of our outdoor BBQ's and enjoy the
Unlimited use of the inflatable is
included in your casual entry fee. BBQ's are available for
patron use. Participants must be capable of swimming 25
